Midnight at Toys R Us...

At midnight on BLACK FRIDAY carl and I decided at the last minute we would go to Toys R Us and get some presents for braxton. ... Well we showed up and there was over 5,000 people waiting to get in. Carl and I sneaked our way half way to the front of this HUGE mob line..
When they opened the door at Midnight all 5,000 people were trying to run in threw this 2 foot door!!
Well the lady next to me fell down and was being trampled by thousands of people, The police tried to contain the crowd by jumping on the roof of the police car yelling ( I think they were scared to get in the crowd) Then all the people started shaking the Police car!
It was so out of control Toys R Us only let 1,000 people in and then shut down... For a good hour...
As for the poor lady who got trampled they had to drag her up by her coat to get her standing..
And she was yelling and screaming at everyone who was trampling her...
I witness what the end of the world will look like, and trust me it does not look pretty..

After we got in Carl and I ended up getting all the stuff we wanted after we waited in a FOUR
Hour line.. We got home around 4 a.m..
I am still trying to recover from that night.. It really scared me..
Carl and I agree we Will never ever do that again...

Saying Goodbye to Summer....

Summer is hard to say goodbye to when you know SNOW is yet to fallow.
Next year 2010 Summer will include the fallowing....

1. ELDER SCHOENFELD returning from URAGUAY, Montivideo Mission!!!
2. Planning on buying our first home:)
3. ( If) money and citizenship fallow threw for the end of 2009... Would like to plan for #2!!!
4. Going to New York with my mother in July for my birthday :) cause we won free airline tickets :)
5.Going to MOAB and doing the rafting 5 day trip... (doing for travis for his homecoming:)

Halloween!!!

We love halloween.. Infact 3 years ago carl purposed on halloween, which I dont think he ment too, He got the ring this day and he says he was so exited he just had to give it to me!!
This year we have picked our pumkins out of the the pumkin patch where braxton pulled us to the very back corner to grab his pumpkin, we have all our decor out, and have gone to corn mazes and trick or treating at the zoo! And of course witches night out!!

Small Blessings.. and Swiss Days!

Today I think we got some serious questions answered. We will be staying in utah. YAY! I got a great job opportunity here and it is all working out in our favor! It is so nice to know now what the game plan is, and where are little family will be heading :)


Swiss Days


Today my family and I went up to swiss days up in Heber City. It was really fun to see braxtons reaction to all the people up there. And the live music and all the festivities. I think at first it scared braxton because all the local people dress the way the "Swiss" people dress. He just held my hand very tight and made sure they didnt come near him :) It was also his first time ever trying a scone, he didnt understand what honey was, but enjoyed it. He got to go on a horse ride, and play down all the many kids blown up slides. Swiss Days only comes once a year and only last 2 days but it is so much fun! All you do is shop, shop, shop, and eat. I may be exhausted but its soo much fun!

If Only I Could Breath...

Allergies..... I have the worst allergies ever.. If Im not sneezing for hours at a time, my eyes are swollen shut.. I cant go one day without popping 4 allegra tablets...Then they knock me out so I spend the whole day sleeping. Its just horrible.. Please just rain and go away..
Things I MISS Smelling...

• Braxton all clean after his bath
• My morning diet coke
• Clean sheets after just being washed
• Tasting my breakfast, lunch and dinner
• not being able to smell my cleansers, mask, exfoliator.. the things I look forward doing

Are friends are doing a end of the year camping extravaganza and I might be staying at home, just so I can breath. :(

Fishing Extravaganza!!

The yearly family fishing trip....

Its always an adventure with my family going on any sort of vacation. The one night all of us could go up camping happens to be the biggest lightning and wind storm you could imagine. The minute we got our tent set up it decides to blow away down the hill.. So carl and my dad go running full speed down the hill to catch the tent. The storm finally goes away and we got to actually camp...

The next morning we get up at 5 and head to the fishing boat. It was soo freezing.. We could see our breath.. good thing I packed all summer clothes! We ended up fishing all day, caught 6 fish.. after all was said and done it was fun, very intresting but fun..

4 years at Primary Children's Hospital! I LOVED all the little babies that I had the pleasure of taking care of... I did not however love working 12 hours shifts! My most memorable moments at primary Children include....

• Being 8 months pregnant, and watching a blood draw on a patient, where my knees buckled and I passed out.
• Working a night shift being 9 months pregnant and falling asleep on the toilet for 1 hour, so exhausted I couldn't move.
• actually going into labor, where all the nurses almost had to drive me to the LDS hospital, due to not getting a hold of Carl..
• Actually throwing up on another nurse due from having the flu so bad.. She forgave me :)
• Working a night shift and walking in on a couple doing more than hugging... awkward

And many many more, those however are my favorite.

I am nervous where my next step in life will lead me, but confident that I will be sucessful and most important happy. .. BUH BYE Infant Medical Surgical Unit

Not so much..

Sleep.. Its a beautiful thing when it happens. For some odd reason I have been not sleeping. I have been so stressed. I stay up all night thinking and thinking and thinking.. Im not the type of person to just take benadryl to fall asleep. So I mentally try and calm my brain down even for an hour of sleep. I am going on my 3rd day!! I try to keep myself really active all day so I will crash at night, but the minute carl falls asleep I start going stir crazy. I know cause its the fact I went to school 50 hours a week and still managed to work, but now I have so much free time, I just cant handle it!! I hope whatever my body is doing gets over it, cause I just want to fall asleep.

GRADUATION!!!

It is OFFICIAL! I did it! I finally graduated! It only took 15 months, But I did it!!
I am so happy it is over, I put myself and my family on the back burner and Im ready to get things going again and have a life! Im nervous what the future may bring or were I will end up? I got an awesome job offering in Colorado, As a teacher, teaching esthetics at the AVEDA Academy. It would be great for my family but just the whole moving is hard to swallow.
I will keep everyone posted..

The Rudolph name

I decided for my first blog post ever I decided to write about my last name, the name by which my children will go by and there mother, there is something powerful about a women taking the last name of her husband..

The name Rudolph means "famous wolf", it originate from Germany.

It comes from a great line of honorable men! One of which I am married too!

I am in awe of how many trials I have over come to be where I am today,and carrying the Rudolph last name is a daily reminder of how Blessed I am to be where I am .
